Norbreck Genetics was one of many sponsors at this years event. We sponsored the Pedigree Aberdeen Angus Bull calf born in 2017,which was won by AE&CR Bishop,Finchampstead, Wokingham, Berkshire, with Warrenho Empire T655,a Warrenho Dalmigavie son .
We also sponsored the Steer or Heifer owned and shown by a YFC member . This was won by Ed Davies,Ilminster , Somerset with a limousin x heifer bought out of Brecon .
Ed who works for Stillmans butchers has a few cattle and competes in his spare time and is a member of Bridgewater Young Farmers Club .
Taking supreme champion pedigree calf of the show was Mr and Mrs Nigel Jenkinson, Dymond Blues, with their Drift Domino sired bull calf . He is a January 2017 born bull , Dymond Blue Magnum out of Dymond Blue Isis who has Blacknblue Cleopatra and Bluegrass Cyclone breeding .
Well done to Jess Maynard who also had a second prize with a Norbreck Black Beauty sired bull , Sapphire Blues Majorlazer.He was January born and out of Newpole Issy.
Mrs Lin Calcraft,Honiton , Devon also had two cattle in the crossbred section by Drift Domino .
